Refunds & Returns Policy

At Lou & Lana, we value your satisfaction and carefully inspect every order before shipping. Please review our return and store credit policy below before submitting a request.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Custom-made items created using your own measurements cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Sale items, clearance products, and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@louandlana.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide the return instructions and return address.

  3. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and may drop off returns at any USPS store.


Store Credit Only

  • Lou & Lana issues store credit only for all approved returns.

  • Store credit is processed within 5 business days after your return is received and inspected.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future available items on our website.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact support@louandlana.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll issue a replacement or full store credit at no cost to you.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or height, depending on availability. Please email us before sending your item to confirm stock.


Processing Time

We respond to all return requests within 1–2 business days of receiving your email.


Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to our U.S. returns center. The complete return address will be provided once your request is approved. Customers can drop off their return packages at any USPS location.


Additional Information

  • Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

  • Lou & Lana reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
