1. How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Quilanor only ships within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we may expand in the future.

3. What carriers do you use for delivery?

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS to ensure reliable delivery. Tracking information will always be provided once your order ships.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package until it arrives at your door.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns of regular standard-size items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Custom-sized or final sale items are not eligible for return. Approved returns are refunded as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.

6. How do I start a return?

To request a return, please email; support@louandlana.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will reply with step-by-step instructions. Returns must be shipped back within the provided timeline.

7. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not process direct exchanges. Instead, returned items will be issued as store credit. You may then place a new order for the size or style you want.

8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email;  support@louandlana.com  within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue store credit or send a replacement once the item is returned.

9. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled or changed before they are processed for shipment. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at support@louandlana.com  Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as secure online payment options available at checkout. We do not accept cash or checks.

11. Do you offer coupons or promotions?

Yes, Louandlana occasionally runs special promotions and provides discount codes. To stay updated, sign up for our newsletter or check our Coupons & Promotions page.

12. How does sizing work?

You may choose from our standard sizes (XS–3X) or select custom sizing at no additional cost. If you choose custom sizing, you will be prompted to enter your measurements to ensure the best fit.
